By law, we must carry out a safety check of all our electrical installations. We do this every 5 years to ensure the safety of our customers.

We will write to you to arrange this and it is very important that you allow us into your home to carry out this inspection. If you do not do so, we may take legal action to gain entry. Find out more about electrical inspections and what they involve.

Tenants are responsible for maintaining electrical items that are brought into the home. If products are not registered, it is very difficult for manufacturers to track them down and inform you of any safety issues.
