Growing communities

The latest round of grant awards have included £500 to help the residents’ association at Curo’s extra care scheme at St John’s Court, Bathwick to buy new garden furniture for their communal garden.

Renting an affordable home

As a housing association, Curo is able to provide homes to people registered with the local authority’s Homesearch scheme. Last year 1,044 homes were re-let to local people on social and affordable rents by Curo, which owns more than 13,000 properties.
