Who's responsible for repairs?



You can find out whether a repair is Curo's or the customer's responsibility in our Curo Customer Commitment guide:

Generally, Curo is responsible for the main areas of your home, building, estate and communal (shared) areas. Customers will be charged for any work done as a result of damage by them that is beyond usual fair wear and tear.
