Our accessibility statement
This website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3 standard.
We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible. However, we know some parts of this website are not fully accessible and we are working to improve them.
- Images without alternative text: Some images on our website do not have suitable alternative text. This means they may not be fully accessible to people using screen readers. When publishing new content, we are working to ensure all images meet accessibility standards.
- Maps: Our interactive maps are designed to support keyboard navigation and include clear indicators such as symbols, labels and pop-ups. However, providing all map information in a fully non-visual format or accessible by keyboard alone is not currently possible.
- PDF documents: Some PDF documents on our website are not fully accessible and may be difficult to use with assistive technologies. We are working to replace or improve these documents as part of an ongoing programme.

SignVideo
SignVideo is a free online service that helps Deaf customers communicate with us using British Sign Language (BSL). It provides access to a qualified BSL interpreter who can translate between you and a member of our team in real time through a video call.
How does it work?
When you use SignVideo, you are connected to a BSL interpreter via your phone, tablet or computer. The interpreter will speak to us on your behalf and sign back our response to you, making communication clear and easy.
How to use SignVideo
- Click the SignVideo link on this page
- Connect to a BSL interpreter through your device
- Tell the interpreter that you would like to contact Curo
- The interpreter will call us and help translate the conversation
You don’t need to make an appointment – the service is available on demand during our opening hours: 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
SignVideo makes it simple and accessible to get in touch, ensuring you can communicate with us in a way that works best for you.
Changing font size
You can change the text size using your web browser settings:
- Press Ctrl and + (Windows) or Cmd and + (Mac) to zoom in
- Press Ctrl and - (Windows) or Cmd and - (Mac) to zoom out
- Press Ctrl and 0 to reset
