Graffiti and criminal damage

Please report all criminal damage on Curo land and property, including graffiti, to us and the police.

If we know who has caused the damage we will support the police in seeking financial compensation against the person responsible.

We aim to remove (or paint over) offensive graffiti within 24 working hours, of being reported.

In most instances graffiti is not offensive and we aim to remove it within 3 weeks. Where we cannot remove non offensive graffiti, it will remain there, until the area is next due its cyclical re-decoration.

If necessary, we will also consider:

• further measures to keep the person responsible away from the area or
• taking action against on their tenancy if they are a Curo resident or
• taking legal action against repeat offenders
