Mulberry Park, Bath

Mulberry Park is a distinctive, contemporary development of 700 high quality homes, community facilities and open spaces – a destination with views across the city.

Curo bought the former Ministry of Defence Foxhill site in March 2013. It is just over 19 hectares, a similar size to Bath’s Royal Victoria Park. Following extensive consultation with the local community, we secured outline planning consent in September 2014. Detailed planning consent for the first phase of development was granted in March 2015 and in June 2019 we secured detailed planning consent for our fourth and last phase of development at Mulberry Park.

Construction started on site in Spring 2016 and the first residents moved into the new homes at Mulberry Park in Spring 2017. Completion of the development is anticipated for the end of 2026.

The Hub, a £10million state-of-the-art community building, as well as the new primary school and nursery have opened their doors at the end of 2018.
