Parking
If you have a vehicle, please park responsibly and only use designated parking areas. Parking in the wrong place can block access for emergency services, bin collections, or visitors.
You can only park in your garden if there’s a proper parking space.
It’s illegal to drive over a footpath or grass verge unless the kerb has been properly lowered, and this needs permission from both us and your local council.
Please don’t park on footpaths or shared grassy areas on our estates.
Your vehicle must be taxed, have a valid MOT, and be in good condition. We will arrange for any untaxed (including SORN) or abandoned vehicles to be removed from our land.
Parking caravans and boats
Please don’t park large vehicles - like caravans, motorhomes, trailers, or boats - in our parking areas or outside your home without getting permission from us first.
Repairing cars and other vehicles
You’re not allowed to carry out vehicle repairs in shared car parks, on roads, drives, footpaths, or other communal areas.
We understand you may need to do minor repairs to your own vehicle on your property from time to time. That’s okay, as long as it’s not a regular occurrence and doesn’t disturb your neighbours.
Private parking schemes
If you live in an area with a private parking scheme, managed by CPM, you can order new or replacement permits here.
