Public exhibition - July 2019
On Wednesday 3 July 2019, Curo hosted a public exhibition to showcase the development proposals for Broadbury Road. If you've missed the event, you can see the exhibition boards here.
Curo is building a new 100% affordable housing development at Broadbury Road in Filwood, Bristol.

This development will deliver 25 houses and 22 flats and maisonettes with one, two and three bedrooms.
Of these, 31 homes will be available to purchase via the Shared Ownership scheme, offered on a part-buy/part-rent basis for local people who qualify; 11 homes will be let at social rent and another 5 will be let at affordable rent through Bristol City Council's choice-based lettings system, HomeChoice.
Most of the new homes would be offered through Shared Ownership in response to the local housing demand, which highlights a need for this type of affordable homeownership product. People interested in Shared Ownership can register their interest and check their eligibility with the Curo Sales Team at https://www.curo-sales.co.uk/
Curo's plans include sufficient parking provision for new residents on site, in line with BCC’s policy.
We've been working with Bristol City Council to update and improve our proposals for the Broadbury Road affordable housing scheme, following feedback from local residents and stakeholders during our public consultation in Summer 2019. Have a look at the community newsletter below to see what changed.
