Recycling and bins

Please do your bit to recycle as much as you can. Nearly two-thirds of all household rubbish can be recycled, saving energy and avoiding waste going to landfill.

Most of our blocks have bins stores, and there are some Curo litter bins on our estates.

Please use bins provided, and make sure your recycling is correctly sorted.

You can check your waster and recycling days on the government’s website.

If you see a Curo bin that's full or overflowing, please let us know.

Bins and bin stores

We want to help keep your estate clean and tidy.

Litter bins: Bin shouldn’t be more than three-quarters full, with only a small amount of litter around it. If it's getting full, please let us know.

Bin stores: We’ll clean the floors and walls, and pick up litter. Bulk waste (fly tipping) won’t be removed. The bin room will be left tidy when we've finished.

Look up your local authority website to find out what you can recycle - from batteries to clothes - and discover how recycling can help protect the environment. We've been working with Bath & North East Somerset Council to provide mini-recycling centres in Curo neighbourhoods where there are a high number of flats. So far we have set up over 15 mini-recycling centres with great feedback.
