More affordable homes for West of England

340 new affordable homes will be built in the West of England thanks to a commitment from local housing association Curo to invest £25m of government funding in the region. A Strategic Partnership agreement between Homes England and Bath-based Curo has been agreed, with support from the West of England Combined Authority, which is working with partners to build more much-needed affordable homes, more quickly.

"Shared Ownership was the only way I could do it"

30-year old Teri Densley was finally able to get on the property ladder in her home village thanks to Shared Ownership homes built by Curo at Highbury Fields, in Clutton. Teri, who works in admin for a finance company, was living with her parents in Clutton so she could save up for a deposit. Teri says: "Buying a house in Clutton would probably have been impossible. I've looked for years - Shared Ownership was the only way I could do it. It was fantastic that they started building here."

New tenancies mean peace of mind for nearly 700 more Curo tenants

We are converting our 680 fixed-term tenancies to lifetime contracts. With the majority of tenants in our 13,000 homes already benefiting from the security of a lifetime tenancy, we've now decided to convert all of our fixed-term tenancies in response to customer feedback.

Brand new show home to launch at Mulberry Park

Curo will be opening the doors to a much-anticipated brand new show home at Mulberry Park, the award-winning residential development in South Bath. The launch will take place over the last weekend of the month, with home buyers invited to attend the special celebrations on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th September from 11am until 5.30pm at Curo’s Marketing Suite on Bradford Road (BA2 5BZ).
