We’re committed to looking after your personal information properly. If you’re worried about how your data has been used, or you think something has gone wrong, we want to hear from you so we can put it right.

We’ll listen, investigate what happened, and let you know what we’re doing to put it right. We’ll also explain your rights and the steps you can take if you’re not happy with the outcome.
