Our Accessibility Statement

This website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3 standard.

We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible. However, we know some parts of this website are not fully accessible and we are working to improve them.

Images without alternative text:

Some images on our website do not have suitable alternative text. This means they may not be fully accessible to people using screen readers. When publishing new content, we are working to ensure all images meet accessibility standards.

Maps:

Our interactive maps are designed to support keyboard navigation and include clear indicators such as symbols, labels and pop-ups. However, providing all map information in a fully non-visual format or accessible by keyboard alone is not currently possible.

PDF documents:

Some PDF documents on our website are not fully accessible and may be difficult to use with assistive technologies. We are working to replace or improve these documents as part of an ongoing programme.
