Getting a new boiler
- Replacing your boiler will make your home warmer and more energy efficient.
When we replace a boiler the work may include:
- Removing your old boiler
- Installing a new energy-efficient boiler
- Making any necessary pipework or control upgrades
- Testing the system and setting it up
- Showing you how to use the new heating controls
Who will do the work?
The work will be carried out by Curo's heating replacement team.
They will carry identification and follow Curo’s safety and customer care standards.
Will I need to be at home?
Yes. We’ll need to be in your home during the work. We’ll let you know:
- When the engineer will arrive
- How long the work is expected to take
- When heating or hot water may be temporarily unavailable
How long will it take?
Boiler replacement usually takes 1–3 days, depending on your home.
Will there be disruption?
There will be some disruption, including:
- Temporary loss of heating and hot water
- Some noise while work is carried out
We’ll keep disruption to a minimum and make sure your home is left safe and tidy.
