Woodland View at Hygge Park, Keynsham
Woodland View is a Curo development of 56 new homes in Keynsham, North East Somerset. The scheme was completed in summer 2022, with all homes now sold and occupied.

We've worked alongside national developer Crest Nicholson at the Hygge Park residential development of 250 homes in Keynsham where we've purchased a section of the site in 2019 - Woodland View @ Hygge Park.
Of the total number of homes we built, 44 were for sale on the open market and 12 for affordable housing.
In addition, we have secured all of the affordable homes being delivered across Hygge Park; they include 6 supported accommodation flats and 4 wheelchair-adapted houses. In total, there will be 78 new affordable homes – 58 for social rent and 20 for Shared Ownership.
