Eaton Park, Yatton
Eaton Park is a development of 154 new homes and public open spaces in the well-connected village of Yatton, North Somerset.
Curo secured detailed planning permission for the site in July 2020. Construction works started in September 2020. Eaton Park will deliver 108 homes for open market sales and 46 affordable homes: 9 for Shared Ownership and 37 for social rent.
The development consists of two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bed apartments.
First residents moved to their new homes at Eaton Park in July 2021.
Alongside homes, Eaton Park will also deliver high quality public open space with tree and shrub planting, wildflower meadows and a Local Equipped Area for Play (LEAP). Cycle way improvements will connect the development to the famous Strawberry Line (part of the National Cycle Network 26), a 10-mile route through landscapes of wildlife-rich wetlands and rural villages between Yatton and Cheddar.
