Getting new windows

Replacing your windows will help make your home warmer and safer.

Before we carry out any work in your home, a Curo surveyor will explain to you which windows will be replaced, and if there's anything we need you to do.

Who will do the work?
Curo colleagues or approved contractors will complete the work. All contractors are experienced, qualified and follow Curo’s standards. 

Will I need to be at home?
Yes. You’ll usually need to be at home while the work is carried out. 

How long will it take?
Most window replacements are completed within 1–2 days. 

Will there be disruption?
There will be some noise and activity while the work is carried out, but we’ll work carefully and leave your home secure and tidy at the end of each day.
