Getting a new roof
A new roof will help protect your home from the weather, and help make it warmer.
When we replace a roof, work may include:
- roof tiles or slates
- roof felt and battens
- ridge tiles and hips
- flashing around chimneys or walls
- gutters, downpipes and other rainwater goods (if needed)
Our Curo Surveyor will explain exactly what we need to do in your home before any work begins.
Who will do the work?
The work will be carried out by our approved contractor, [NAME]. They will carry identification and follow Curo’s safety and customer care standards.
Will I need to be at home?
Usually no, as the work is outside your home. If we do need access or need to speak with you, we’ll let you know in advance.
How long will it take?
Roofing work usually takes several days, depending on the size of the roof and the weather.
Will there be disruption?
There may be some noise, scaffolding and contractors on site during the day. We’ll keep disruption to a minimum and make sure areas are left safe.
