Decorating communal areas
We regularly redecorate communal areas to keep them safe, clean and looking their best.
What work will you be doing?
We’ll be redecorating communal areas in your block and/or repainting the outside of your home.
Who will do the work?
The work will be completed by Curo colleagues or approved contractors, following our safety and quality standards.
Will I need to be at home?
No. This work is usually external or in shared areas.
How long will it take?
This depends on the size of the building or area being decorated. We’ll give you an idea of timescales before work starts.
Will there be disruption?
You may notice some noise, equipment or contractors on site during the day. We’ll minimise disruption and keep areas safe and tidy.
