Join our Customer Oversight Group

Our Customer Oversight Group is the main way for Curo customers to check that our Resident Engagement activities work well.

This group will help support the delivery of our Resident Engagement strategy.

As a member, you will:

  • Monitor the quality of our engagement opportunities.
  • Make sure we record and share outcomes with our customers.
  • Help us to ensure the group reflects the diversity of our customers.

What we ask from you:

  • Attend four meetings a year.
  • Read the shared information before meetings.
  • Ask questions and challenge us on our performance and our improvement plan progress.
