Curo to consult on plans for 32 new affordable homes at Walnut Buildings site

Curo is proposing to build 32 new affordable homes on the land formerly occupied by Walnut Buildings in Radstock. A public exhibition of the redevelopment plans will take place on Thursday 9 September at Whisty Community Hall (BA3 3JL) and local residents are encouraged to drop in any time between 2-7pm.

Curo and Swan to boost delivery of new affordable housing with Homes England partnership

West of England housing association Curo and Essex-based Swan have secured a new strategic partnership with Homes England to build more affordable homes. Curo and Swan will receive £160.4 million funding from the new Affordable Homes Programme to deliver 2,425 homes over the next five years, in addition to their existing development pipelines.

First homes at new Bristol development to go on sale this month

Curo’s Century Park residential development in Lawrence Weston, Bristol, is set to open the doors to its marketing suite next week as the first new homes are released for sale. 198 new homes proposed for land at Sandys Hill Lane in Frome

Details of a residential development planned for Frome have been revealed by West of England housing association and house-builder Curo. The site, which received outline planning permission from Mendip District Council in March 2021 for up to 235 homes and a number of commercial units, is situated along either side of Sandys Hill Lane, near the town's Sainsbury's supermarket.
