We’ve asked an independent market research agency called Ragdoll to help us undertake some important customer research. If you get an email or letter from Ragdoll, we hope you’ll take part in this survey. 

If you complete this survey by Thursday 10 March 2022, we’ll enter you into a prize draw to win £100 in Love2shop vouchers!

This is not the same as our regular customer satisfaction surveys. This research will help us get to know our customers better so we can provide services in ways that meet all our customers' needs.

What's happening?

During Feb and March 2022, we’ll be carrying out a survey of our customers with the help of Ragdoll. The results of the survey, which will take around 4 minutes to complete, will help us better understand who our customers are.

"We want to know more about you, your household, your views on your home and housing generally."

Why are we carrying out this research?

We want to make sure that customers are at the heart of everything we do and that the services we deliver are designed with you in mind. We’ll only be able to achieve this if we know who our customers are and what you need from us. The results from these surveys will be used to help us improve the way we do things for current and future customers.

How are the surveys conducted?

If we have an email address for you, we'll email you the survey. Otherwise, you'll receive a paper survey in the post. 

Who’s running the survey?

We have asked a Bristol-based company called Ragdoll carry out this research. Ragdoll is an independent market research agency. Ragdoll is registered as a data handler by the Information Commissioner's Office and is bound by the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and the General Data Protection Regulation (2018). How did Ragdoll get my information? Is this survey legitimate?

Yes, this survey is legitimate. We’ve provided name and contact details to Ragdoll. Ragdoll are experts in helping organisations understand what and how they can improve, and being independent of Curo they will ensure an impartial view. Your information is kept secure and in line with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and the General Data Protection Regulation.
