Scrutiny Activity Group
Curo's Customer Experience Committee (CXC) will commission up to three resident-led scrutiny groups each year to carry out reviews of specific Curo services.
Each of these scrutiny groups will only exist for the purposes of the review they are there to undertake. Customers will be recruited for the task based on skills, experience and enthusiasm in the subject matter.
Scrutiny groups will be supported by Curo colleagues who will provide access to additional information, utilise feedback through VoiceBox, and facilitate time with senior colleagues.
We will explore whether external specialist consultants could be brought in on a temporary basis to provide expert opinion and help the group to better understand technicalities.
