Disability Action Group

We serve a diverse range of customers. Our data tells us that around 22% of our customers have a disability.

To ensure that our services are designed around the needs of all our customers, this group will ensure that customers with a disability can help us better understand how our services can be adapted to be accessible for all.

Curo undertake Equality Impact Assessments when considering changes to policy or running large improvement projects. The Disability Action Group will review a sample of these each time they meet so their life experience can be used to provide further evidence.
