Our customer community website VoiceBox is an easy way to give us feedback about the services we provide.

What's VoiceBox?

• The VoiceBox community is an informal place where Curo customers can have their say about Curo’s services
• The website is interactive; teams across Curo will be uploading regular activities and requests for feedback
• Each month we have a £100 Love to Shop voucher to give away as a thank-you. Simply share feedback to be entered into the monthly prize draw
• Customers receive points each time they provide feedback and are entered on the VoiceBox customer leader board. Each quarter, the customer at the top of the VoiceBox leader board wins a prize of £250 Love to Shop vouchers
