It's often possible to sort out problems with neighbours by speaking to them directly. Before getting in touch with us, please check the advice and tools in our anti-social behaviour toolkit here.

You can track your existing ASB cases 24/7 through MyCuro, your customer portal. To report a new case, please review the relevant page in the ASBToolkit and follow the link to report this through MyCuro. If you need to speak with one of our Compliance Coordinators, you can call us on 01225 366000.
