Community catch-ups – making a real difference for our customers

Over the past 12 months, our Resident Engagement team — Hannah and Neil — have been out across our communities, meeting customers, listening to concerns and offering support. In that time, they’ve completed 82 Community Catch Ups and spoken with 915 households.
