Part of our key estates pilot programme, has included trialing a new approach to maintenance and cleaning across some of our larger estates. Each estate has teams that customers have come to call 'caretakers', on hand to help out with minor repairs, maintenance and clearing up. We asked residents what they think of this new approach.
