At Curo there’s a lot of support available for customers struggling with rent and other bills. One way we can help is by accessing a range of emergency funds, grants, food parcels and wellbeing resources on behalf of Curo residents. 

Curo Regional Customer Accounts Manager Sarah Rogers says: "Our message to any Curo residents who are finding it hard to make ends meet is: please get in touch with us. We will listen and we will help.

"Please never resort to a loan shark. Talk to us first."

In December and over the Christmas period Curo issued around £3,000 in fuel vouchers, provided 50 foodbank parcels (many delivered personally by Curo colleagues), and we delivered Christmas gift packs with the Salvation Army to some of our customers in Bristol with young children.

"A big thanks to the local foodbanks who also supplied phone top-up cards as well as vouchers to help customers buy presents for children," adds Sarah. "And thanks to the Salvation Army for their Christmas gift- and food-packs."
