We’ll continue to serve customers over the festive period. We’re open every week day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Between 19 December and 2 January, our Contact Centre, dealing with calls and messages, will close earlier than usual on most days. Our customer reception at the Maltings will close an hour early on 19, 24 and 31 December.
