We're constantly looking for more development land to help us build much-needed new homes in our region.

We’re looking for sites which adjoin existing developments and are a minimum of 8 acres, with or without residential planning consent in in Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Somerset or South Gloucestershire. 

We have experience in promoting challenging sites and achieving planning consents that maximise land potential while delivering desirable homes. Currently we have a number of sites across the West of England at different stages of planning and construction.
