These are intended to provide low level health and social care interventions. Our service includes support with;

- Care assessments and OT referrals
- Staying healthy
- Maintaining mental & physical wellbeing
- Understanding benefits / applying for eligible benefits
- Attending medical appointments via patient transport, taxi or in person
- Accessing specialist services
About the service
All customers pay £4.70 a week for a pendant alarm providing 24 hour emergency assistance. Customers have an induction when they move in to identify the support level needed and then an annual review is carried out to assess changing needs. Customers living independently will remain on the Livewell service and customers requiring greater support will be moved onto our Livewell+ service for task based, time limited support.
If you require regular weekly support, someone to visit for a cup of tea and a chat, or to take you out or even help with your shopping we also offer a paid for sheltered service, download the leaflet below to find out more.
