Using your Appello red push button alarm - important update

I'm pleased to confirm that the alarm system delays that we contacted you about on 18 August have been resolved.  

Our partners Appello Careline were able to fix the technical problems and we have undertaken a comprehensive programme of testing over the last few days so that we are assured that they are working again fully.

Calls are again being connected within normal timescales.

If you need support from your push button alarm service, you can confidently revert to using the systems in place in your home.
