On Friday 6 October, the Contact Team will be closed for a day’s training so we can improve the way we provide customer service.
This means that from 8am until 8pm on this day we won’t be available to answer routine questions by phone, email, Livechat or Whatsapp.
Our ‘Out Of Hours’ team will be on hand to deal with any emergency repairs or situations, and you can still use MyCuro to raise routine repair requests, make payments and update your details. Normal Contact Team services will resume at 8am on Monday 9 October.
Every year, each of the teams in Curo have an away day to provide essential team training and to give colleagues a chance to come up with ideas and suggestions on how we can make our processes better for our customers. It’s a way of ensuring that each Curo colleague has a chance to make a real and positive difference to the way we work.
