Many banks have increased the use of a security system called 3D Secure to verify online payments. This is currently causing some Curo customers problems with making payments using our online payment system. This is affecting lots of online payment systems across the country.
Follow these steps to minimise any problems:
- When you make a payment online, your bank will probably ask you to verify that you requested the payment before authorising it.
- Look out for a message about this.
- You might be asked to enter a one-time passcode, or go to your banking app to verify it’s you. It depends on your bank.
- If you don’t do this within a set time, your payment won’t go through.
- If you need help, contact your bank or talk to us.
