Christmas can be a magical time, it can also be hard, stressful and very expensive.

Our Customer Accounts Team are here to help any Curo customers experiencing a difficult time financially. So, If you’re not sure where the money’s coming from to cover the essentials, the Christmas extras and the rent this month, please get in touch. We know it can be hard to ask for help, but you’ll get a supportive and sympathetic response from one of our amazing colleagues - someone able to offer practical help to improve your situation. They’re experts at dealing with financial difficulty and are trained to help with problems arising from debt, including money owed to loan sharks.

They can also make sure you’re getting all the money to which you’re entitled. They're also incredibly well connected and can put you in touch with a huge range of local services offering support and advice. In Bath & North East Somerset, that includes a network of warm spaces and a service to find affordable or emergency food.

Connect Bath will offer Christmas lunch to 150 local people who would otherwise be alone at Christmas. You can find out more about how to apply and how to volunteer on their website
