We’re regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, which publish a number of standards that we have to comply with. The Regulator is planning to introduce new standards, and is consulting on drafts of them. Their guide to the proposals is here.
The new standards cover things like the quality of our homes, our neighbourhoods and communities, and our transparency with customers.
We are planning on responding to the Regulator’s consultation, and we would love to hear your thoughts on the new standards.
