More colleagues taking calls when you need us most

New customer contact team hours from 5 May - Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Changes to our contact centre hours mean more help available at the busiest times.

Our customer contact team is here to answer your calls and messages throughout the day. Currently our contact centre is open for 12 hours Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.

We've found that very few people contact us during these last two hours, so instead of staying open this late, we’re moving those colleagues to work earlier in the day when the volume of enquiries is higher. That means more Curo colleagues answering calls and messages when you need us most.

The change will take place from Tuesday 5 May. From this date our customer contact team will be available 8am to 6pm.

Our out-of-hours response service will operate outside of these times, available via our main number. So, if you have an emergency, you can still report it and get the urgent response you need.
