The latest improvements to Bradford Park, Selworthy House and Dunster House are part of our ongoing £14m refurbishment programme across Curo’s homes in Foxhill.
This investment is made possible largely because of the income from the sale of private homes at Mulberry Park.
The exact improvements for each building will vary and will include some of the following: new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors plus extensive refurbishment and redecorating of shared areas.
We’ll also continue to carry out any work needed to maintain high fire safety standards across
all our homes as Government guidance and standards develop.
