Home Condition Surveys on MyCuro

Every five years, we carry out Home Condition Surveys in our homes. These surveys look at the overall condition of your home, and major fixtures and fittings, and help us make sure that we’re improving and investing in your home at the right time.

Between these surveys, which will be carried out by Curo colleagues, you can now submit a survey yourself through MyCuro. You can do this if you haven’t had a Home Condition Survey for two years or more, or if you think that the condition of your home has changed. This won't replace the survey carried out by us, but it will help us understand if we need to carry out any improvements sooner than we had planned. 

If you're not sure when you're due to have a new kitchen or bathroom, you can find out on MyCuro.

You’ll be asked to take and upload pictures of various parts of your home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, windows, front and back doors, the boiler or electric heating system, radiators, and the front and back of the building.

We’ll then look at the information you’ve provided, and if we think that we need to bring forward the dates of your planned replacements then we’ll update it on MyCuro within 10 working days.
