Help us design our new customer experience strategy

It’s been nearly three years since we developed a customer experience strategy, which sets out how we will deliver renowned customer service to you, our first strategic priority.

A lot has changed since then: the last 12 months alone has seen the COVID-19 pandemic, the social housing white paper and changes to building safety legislation.

We want to improve your experience as a customer, so lets talk about this strategy that effects you, to make sure it delivers.  

If you’d like to help shape our new strategy, please join one of these online focus groups in January 2021:

  • Monday 11 January 2021, 1:15-2:45pm
  • Tuesday 12 January 2021, 6-7:30pm
  • Wednesday 13 January 2021, 11:15am-12:45pm
  • Wednesday 13 January, 5-6:30pm

The sessions will take place using Zoom, and will be run by our Executive Director of Customer Experience, Paul Harris. We can help you get set up if you haven't used Zoom before, just ask.

We want as wide a range of customers to attend these sessions as possible, homeowners, renters and sheltered tenants are all welcomed and are equally important.
