Other ways to pay
At local shops
There are many shops where you can pay your service charges. Simply take your swipe card with you and allow three working days for your payment to reach us.
At the post office
You will need to take your allpay swipe card with you when you use this service. If paying by cheque make it payable to 'Post Office' and write your reference number and address on the back. Please allow three working days for payment to reach us.
By standing order
You can set up a weekly or monthly standing order to pay your charges directly from your bank or building society account.
Payments to be made to Curo Places, Sort Code 20-47-06 account no 00697958. Please ensure you are aware of the correct amount due. If you would like help calculating your payments please contact us on 01225 366000
By telephone (debit or credit card)
Call 01225 366000 any time and choose the ‘automated payment’ option. Our automated system will take your payment details securely, keeping your card details private. If you are unable to use the automated system, you can talk to a Curo colleague on the same number between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday.
At B&NES Council
If you are a Curo tenant and live in Bath & North East Somerset, you can pay at any of the Council's Council Connect offices. Remember to take your allpay swipe card or have your tenancy reference to hand. Please note: if you are paying by cheque you will need to pay at the counter rather than the machine. Cheques should be made payable to 'Bath & North East Somerset Council'. Please also write your reference number and address on the back.
By post (cheque only)
Send your payment to the appropriate address below. Please write your reference number and address on the back. Please allow seven days for payment to reach us. Please do not post date cheques.
