Bradford Park flats
We began a refurbishment programme in April 2019 to improve Curo homes in Foxhill.
We’re starting with Bradford Park flats then Selworthy House and Dunster House after residents told us flats in Foxhill were in most need of refurbishment.
We're investing £5m in improvements for Bradford Park flats.
- Warmer homes
- New kitchens and bathrooms
- New windows and roofs
- More efficient use of space
Our contractor for the refurbishment of Bradford Park flats are Mi-space who specialise in providing property services to affordable housing providers like Curo. Mi-space started pre-construction works on Bradford Park flats in autumn 2019 and the main the refurbishment works began in January 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic has delayed work slightly, however we welcomed the first new residents into Bradford Park in September 2021.
Curo has announced that the £5m refurbishment of three four-storey blocks at Bradford Park in Foxhill will be completed by Mi-space, who specialise in providing maintenance and property services to affordable housing providers. Mi-space, part of the Midas Group, has already started work on transforming the flats.
