Curo Customer Focus



Help improve the Curo customer experience

When you last needed Curo, was it a smooth process? Did you receive the level of customer service you expected? Could it have been easier?

These are the kind of questions we’ll be asking at our new Curo Customer Focus sessions.

At these relaxed events you’ll be with a small group of Curo customers chatting together about your experience of accessing a specific Curo service.

We’re holding these sessions because we want to improve the services we provide - and we know you’re the best person to help us understand what works and what we can do to make things easier.

Your feedback will help us to map out all the steps customers take when they interact with us around a service. This will help us to create a ‘customer journey map’. We’ll use this to cut out unnecessary stages, speed things up and make things simpler where we can.

Recruiting now:

We're looking for customers who've previously spoken with our Customer Accounts Team to join a group discussion about your experience of us when helping you to pay your rent. There are two sessions available:

  • 3-4.30pm, Tuesday 20 November 2018, The Maltings, Bath
  • 5.30-7pm, Tuesday 20 November 2018, The Maltings, Bath

Everyone who comes will receive £50 in Love2Shop vouchers to say thanks.
