We’ve made getting in touch with us even easier with MyCuro’s new feature ‘Manage My…’ 

We always try to give you the best possible service, but sometimes we get it wrong, with this new feature in MyCuro you'll now be able to raise any complaints or anti-social behaviour (ASB) concerns directly with the relevant teams.

If you have an open ASB case or have raised a complaint with us, we’ll be uploading responses to your cases and complaints so you can keep up to date with what’s happening. All the information about your cases will be in one handy location, available anytime.

While you’re in MyCuro don’t forget you can also:

  • Make a payment
  • Raise and book a repair that works for you
  • Rebook an already booked repair appointment
  • Rebook your home safety check
