See what’s new at the Curo Labs

Last autumn at our Curo Residents’ Conference events, customers told us they’d like more opportunities to get involved in the way we deliver and design our services. In particular customers told us they’d like to be listened to more.

We’ve heard that loud and clear.

We’ve have created many new ways for customers to engage with us - like Voicebox, which now has 400 members; an Estates Partnership Board; and new Customer Focus sessions.

Now we’re launching the Curo Labs – a fresh approach to sharing our ideas with customers and listening to feedback.

The first Curo Labs, running in Bath on 24, 25 and 26 January 2019, offer customers a chance to be the first to try out some of our new ideas and service innovations.

We’ll have a wide range of ideas, technology and new approaches on show – some already up and running, some in development and some for the future.

Customers will be able to test drive a new self-service website that will enable tenants to book and report repairs and check their rent account 24-hours a day. This is one of things customers told us they wanted when we asked ‘how would you like to see Curo using digital tech?’.

You’ll also be able to try Curo’s alarm service that’s helping people live independently, see ideas for a new community van, learn how ‘chatbots’ could reduce waiting times when getting in touch, and get hands-on expert advice from heating engineers with the latest Curo boilers.

This is the first time we’ve held anything like our Curo Labs and we’re really excited about what’s on offer. As an added incentive, we’re giving away a Google Home Hub, an Amazon Echo Dot and £200-worth of Love to Shop voucher at the sessions.

If you’d like to come to one of our Curo Labs, there’s no need to book – just turn up and stay for as long as you like. There are daytime, evening and weekend sessions, and all the family is welcome.
