We have awarded Anglian Windows a five-year contract worth over £4m to upgrade windows and doors across over 2,000 Curo homes. During the contract period, residents’ properties are set to be updated with new PVCu windows and composite doors as part of our SHAW programme which is investing in providing Safe, Healthy, Affordable and Warm homes for all our customers.
Anglian was chosen following a thorough selection process, as Curo Senior Procurement Manager Matt Steele explains: “When we seek partners to deliver work on behalf of Curo, we look not just at the quality of the product but also for evidence of excellent customer service. Anglian demonstrated a real commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience while adding social value in the areas where we work through community investment and job creation.
"We’re looking forward to working with Anglian over the next five years as we continue to invest in providing our customers with great homes."
The contract was launched at a consultation event held last month in Bath. Anglian Head of Sales, Ross St Quintin said “the consultation event has been a great opportunity for our team to meet residents, discuss how we can work together to minimise disruption and to answer any questions they may have. We are really looking forward to working with Curo to transform their properties.”
We will be writng to customers whose homes are scheduled for new windows and doors to provide further details.
