We're proud to learn that Curo's Head of Customer Contact, Leah Tchorniy, has been included on the 2016 UK Contact Centre Leadership List.
The list is compiled from over 4,000 contact centre peer group nominations. The 200 leaders with the most nominations are included in the UK-wide list.
Our Bath-based contact centre is open from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and handles 170,000 contacts, via phone, email, face-to-face and social media each year, providing first contact resolution for 90% of all calls.
In 2015 Leah was named Contact Centre Manager of the Year at the Contact Centre Forum SW awards.
