Getting involved digitally with Curo



We’ve launched two online systems to make it easier for you to get things done with Curo. This is a handy guide to these online services.


MyCuro is our online customer portal. We launched MyCuro as a result of research where you told us you'd like to be able to do more for yourself online. MyCuro has been live since April 2019 with over 3,000 Curo customers already using this safe and secure system.

On MyCuro you can view your rent statements and account balance, pay a bill, book and reschedule routine repairs, and check and update your personal details.

We launched VoiceBox in September 2018. VoiceBox was created to make it easier for you to give us feedback and to help you shape the services we provide. VoiceBox is interactive and informal. Teams from across Curo publish regular activities and requests for feedback. Each time you provide feedback you get entered onto the VoiceBox customer leaderboard. And every three months the customer at the top wins a prize of £250 in Love2shop vouchers. We also run a monthly draw to win £100 in Love2shop vouchers as a way of saying thanks for sharing your feedback.
