Curo lifehack: Overcoming isolation and loneliness

Post image

Loneliness and isolation are harmful to our health. Research shows that lacking social connections is as damaging to our health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Our Curo Connectors are able to visit people at home to support them to improve their own well-being. They also support a variety of groups across North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Watch our Curo lifehack about overcoming isolation and loneliness, featuring an original poem by Village Agent Tina Huckle.

If you need help or support in improving your well-being by accessing your local community and reconnecting with people and activities... we can help.
