Repairs
- We are once again carrying out a full repairs service and are able to book appointments for routine repairs as soon as they are reported.
- If you need to report a routine repair and book an appointment, the easiest way to do this is through MyCuro, our secure customer portal. It’s easy to register and you can access live information about your account and report non-emergency repairs 24/7. Report and book a repair appointment using My Curo.
- If your repair is an emergency, please call us in the usual way on 01225 366000.
- Ensuring the safety of you and of our colleagues is our top priority, and all home visits and repairs will be carried out using social distancing. When we call to make the appointment we’ll talk to you about the safety precautions we will take and what we will ask you to do. You can find more information here.

Grounds maintenance
Grass cutting resumed in spring 2021. Our grounds maintenance teams have been working through the winter and spring through all estates to cut hedges and shrubs and tidy hard surfaces from weeds. If you are aware of a hedge or shrub that is preventing a right of way or a health and safety concern, please let us know.

Parking management
Parking schemes controlled by CPM UK Car Park Management resumed on 25 May 2020. Please ensure you display permits as usual when parking in these areas. We are also taking action to clear any abandoned vehicles on Curo land.
Cleaning communal areas
Weekly communal cleaning services continue as normal.
Rubbish collections
We will continue with our normal bulk waste and fly-tipping rounds. Where we have communal refuse facilities, you can report overflows of waste or recycling to our Customer Contact Team so we can take action to resolve the issue quickly. Sheltered housing
Services are being delivered while respecting social distancing and self-isolation – mainly through phone support.
Supported and temporary housing – Bath Foyer, Pathways, Dartmouth Avenue, Weston-super-Mare
Services are being delivered while respecting social distancing and self-isolation – mainly through phone support. We have made additional temporary accommodation spaces available and are working with local authority partners and the Homeless Partnership to provide emergency housing for people who are homeless.
Lettings
We continue to let our homes. Viewings and sign-ups are now virtual, rather than face-to-face.
Construction sites
As of 11 May 2020, Curo sites are now open.

Independent Living Service
Services are being delivered while respecting social distancing and self-isolation – mainly through phone support. Emergency alarm service operating as usual.
Livewell and LivewellPlus
Services are being delivered while respecting social distancing and self-isolation – mainly through phone support. Emergency alarm service operating as usual.
Home improvements (planned works to kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, roofs, wiring and heating)
We have restarted some of this work where it can be carried out safely while maintaining social distancing. This includes, maintenance and repainting of external or communal areas, roofing works and kitchen and bathroom upgrades - if you are on this year's kitchen and bathroom programme you will have been contacted already. We are also resuming window and door replacements, and starting to book in home condition surveys. You can now see when your kitchen or bathroom is due to be replaced on MyCuro. Some surveys can be carried out without the need for a visit, by using video technology. We will contact customers with details of safety measures before any visits.
Parks and open spaces
Open areas of parkland remain accessible. We ask everyone to follow the clear government guidance around social distancing.
Playgrounds
Curo playgrounds reopened in July 2020. Our parks and playgrounds are not sanitised regularly so it's important you wash your hands before and after using any equipment and always follow the latest Government advice around social distancing.
Refurbishment of empty homes
Continuing, observing safe social distancing.

Step-down from hospital service
Operating and expanded to provide more accommodation for people in B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire who are medically fit to leave hospital but unable to go home.
Time to Talk mediation service
Operating as usual.

Wellbeing House
Our Wellbeing House is open as usual, however we are prioritising step-down from hospital accommodation for people medically fit to leave hospital but unable to go home.

Mutual exchanges
As of 15 March 2021, we are supporting mutual exchanges.
